Thomas Lickona, Ph.D. Talks About Character Education

Dr. Thomas Lickona is a developmental psychologist and professor of education at the State University of New York at Cortland. He is one of the founders and foremost experts in the Character Education initiative and currently directs the Center for the Fourth and Fifth Rs (Respect and Responsibility) and is on the board of directors of the Character Education Partnership.
