  1. Hold seminars for all personnel.
  2. Partner with schools and provide on-site opportunities for students to observe teamwork and respect.

  18. Provide awards/incentives to recognize students exhibiting outstanding self-discipline.
  19. Visit schools to give awards and personally recognize students with good character.
  20. Participate in career days where business leaders discuss work ethics to keep a job as well as academic requirements needed to obtain a job.
  21. Empower workers to create ideas and suggestions.
  22. Develop peer coaching and teamwork.

  24. Implement Employee Recognition Programs - with certificate for those who exemplify character (coupons for students at partner schools).
  25. Hold a "Community Fairness Day" in school districts.
  26. Hold a Jobs "Fair" Promotion in the newspapers.
  27. Implement business organized community service projects such as clean-up programs at work and in the community (Adopt a park or highway, clean up business).
  28. Promote voter registration in the workplace.
  29. Invest in community partnerships, i.e. guest speakers, sponsorship of awards.
  30. Emphasize wellness programs at work, i.e., fire safety, stop smoking, fitness, etc.
